I just wanted to let people know that it is now possible to pre-order my new book from University of Pennsylvania Press. They are promising release of the book by August (maybe earlier, who knows?), and the promo page includes a synopsis, the text of the preface for people to read, a table of contents, and some charitable remarks by my friends.
The price measured in terms of penny per nugget of juicy discourse is really pretty reasonable.
If you are an instructor who might want to use the book for a course or a reviewer who wants to critique it up, why not request an exam copy?
